Baseline Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 25, 2026

Baseline is a strength-training app made by Avine Ltd Company (“Avine”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information Baseline handles and where it goes.

Information stored on your device

Baseline stores your display name, preferences, exercises, plans, workouts, and raw set data in a local database on your device. We do not receive or have access to this content. It remains until you erase it in Settings or uninstall the app.

App updates

Baseline uses Expo Updates to check for and download app updates. For these requests, Expo may receive your device operating system, IP address, a randomized installation token, and limited update and performance information. This information is used to deliver updates and measure update adoption. It does not include your name, body weight, workouts, plans, or exported files.

Exports and sharing

If you choose Export My Data, Baseline creates a JSON file on your device and opens the operating system share sheet. Baseline does not upload the file or choose its destination. Any service you select from the share sheet receives the file under that service’s own privacy policy.

What Baseline does not collect

Baseline does not collect location, contacts, camera or microphone recordings, photos, advertising identifiers, or data for cross-app tracking. We do not sell personal information.

Security

Data stored by Baseline is protected by the device’s operating-system security. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and you are responsible for protecting access to your device.

Children

Baseline is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Baseline’s data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when we do.
